How to order?

Our work process can be detailed in five simple steps:

1. Fill out our free quote request form (the form is on “Contact us” page) and upload your documents, or send your documents to us by email or fax (E-mail: [email protected]; Fax: (415) 373-9433)
2. Receive a project estimate by email or phone (if you request it).
3. Send payment.
4. Track your project.
5. Receive your translations by email, mail or both.

Who will be doing the translation?
Your text will be translated by one of our qualified and experienced translators. You can also request that your text be proofread by a senior translator. If you need an ATA certified translator or a court certified interpreter, please clearly state it when the quote is requested.
Do you offer certified translation?
Yes, “Mnemosyne Translation Services” offers certified translations for all types of documents. Please note that not every document requires certified translation. Before requesting the translation, please ask the government or private agency where the translation is to be used special requirements to the translation. If you need the translation to be notarized, there is an additional fee of $10 per each document.
Once the translation is done, we will send it to you by email, so in this way you will have a chance to verify if everything is correct. If any changes are needed, please let us know and appropriate corrections will be made in a promptly manner. Once the final translation is finalized, we will send the original translation to you via email, mail, or personal delivery.
For translation between languages that use different alphabet characters such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese and so on, please state the preferred transliteration of the names contained in your documents.

What languages are translated by your company?
We are proud to announce that we translate from and into almost all major languages. Please e-mail us in order to verify if your language is supported.
Is it possible to receive a rush translation?
If you need a fast translation, then please contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to help you meet your deadline.
Do you have a minimum order?
We have a minimum order of $100.
How will I know when it's ready?
As soon as your translation is finished, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, MoneyGram, Western Union, checks, and cash.
